Last Saturday we went on a 4-wheeling trip on the Strawberry Pass, which is between Hwy 50 and Hwy 88. We went with three other jeeps of friends, they were Peter, Diana, Georgia (2), and Warren (5mo.) Smith. Shaun, Nate, Elijah (3), Juliana (1), and Brian Guthrie and Matt Bielert We started on the 50 side and ended up at Kirkwood on 88. It was such a beautiful trail. Ryan loves 4-wheeling and he has been working hard to get our Jeep ready. He has built and welded the roof rack and also the rock sliders. The rock sliders were put to good use, we slid on a few rocks but no damage was done under the Jeep. Going through the "Painted Rock" e did hit one rock on our back end, but that is why they call it the "Painted Rock", and that is what happens when you 4-wheel. Once we got to the top we stopped and ate lunch and took some pictures, it was absolutely beautiful. After we finished the trail we headed up to Tahoe, let AJ take advantage of his age and let him skinny dip in public, then ate some dinner at Izzy's Burgers. It was a perfect day...
