We had 2 little parties for Cody. The first we had was with all of the family at Granny and Papa's house. Here are all the people that came to celebrate with Cody....Mema, Granny and Papa, Jess and Matt's family, Gabe and Em's family, Meg and Ben's family, Brian and Kelly's family, Derek and Mindy's family, Travis and Em's family.
I made a cookie monster cake because that is what we call him.....I think because he is always crawling around making growling monster noises....he's kinda loud!
Cody loved the cake and downed the whole thing very quickly!
Here are the 2 Codys. Our best friends, Travis and Emily, had a son close to the same time we did, so when we told each other the names we picked they happened to be the same and none of us were willing to change... so they will both be Cody and be best friends too!
Cody only was interested in opening 1 present, after that Mom opened the rest....he's just too busy to sit still for very long.
Cody's cousin Chloe is in the background. Her and Cody are the same age.
On Cody's real birthday we had my brother, Gabe, and his family over for dinner and had cupcakes to celebrate. On his birthday is when he stared walking consistently, he is so cute to watch! Below is Cody after playing in the sandbox.
